Registration will be confirmed after receiving full payment. Only participants with valid registration will be included in the program.
All bank charges including intermediate bank commission for payment must be paid by the participants. Payments may be done by credit card or by bank transfer.
Conference fee includes access to the full conference programme, catering during the conference programme, Dinner Reception for the paying delegate, and conference materials.
Accompanying person conference fee includes only Dinner Reception for the accompanying person.
Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received up to September 27th – 100% refund offered (bank charges will be deducted)
Cancellations received from September 28th to October 11th – 50% refund offered (bank charges will be deducted)
Cancellations received after October 11th – no refund offered
